1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of pinoycasino services, you must create a registered account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on pinoycasino. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering your pinoycasino account, you agree to:

• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction made on pinoycasino through your payment provider.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pinoycasino staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

pinoycasino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.

Upon account closure, pinoycasino will return any verified, unencumbered balance to the account holder via the original payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and the deduction of any amounts owed to pinoycasino.

9 Responsible Gaming
